Welcome to OP Store. By accessing or using the OP Store mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account & OTP Verification

To access shopping and delivery features, you can sign in using your verified mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your device. Any activity initiated from your mobile number will be treated as authorized by you.

2. Orders & Delivery

All orders placed through OP Store are subject to product availability and delivery serviceability in your area. While we make every effort to deliver within estimated delivery windows, occasional delays due to traffic, weather, or extreme peak demand may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the application are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, and online payment methods. In case of pricing errors or inventory stockouts, OP Store reserves the right to cancel or refund the affected items.

4. Returns & Refunds

If any delivered grocery or household item is damaged, expired, or missing, you may raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery through the Help & Support section.
