• Precise & Coarse Location Data: When you allow location permissions in the OP Store app, we collect your latitude and longitude coordinates exclusively to verify grocery delivery serviceability, calculate delivery distance, and route riders to your doorstep. Location is never tracked in the background when the app is closed.
• Order & Transaction Details: Products purchased, cart items, payment mode (Cash on Delivery / UPI intent / Online Payment), transaction identifiers, and invoice records. We do not store your raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Device & App Information: App version, operating system version, push notification tokens, and crash diagnostics to ensure app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your daily grocery orders.
• To dispatch our delivery fleet to your verified delivery address.
• To send order confirmation, live order tracking alerts, and delivery status updates via SMS and push notifications.
• To prevent fraudulent orders, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized transactions.
• To comply with statutory financial, GST taxation, and invoicing obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any advertisers or third-party brokers. Data is only shared with:

• Assigned Delivery Fleet: Delivery personnel receive your name, address, and contact number solely to complete your order delivery.
• Payment Gateways & Banking Partners: Authorized PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways for processing digital payments.
• Statutory Authorities: If required by Indian law or government law enforcement agencies.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS in transit) and bcrypt hashing for user passwords. Your information is stored securely on protected servers and retained only as long as necessary for order records and account maintenance.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, all registered users have the right to access, edit, or permanently delete their personal account and associated data.
